Definitely worth the drive.Best Ramen I have had in Nashville. The miso broth is flavorful and filling.The toppings are good.My favorite part is the pickled collard greens.It’s such a fun eclectic twist that is absolutely delicious. It is located inside a brewery that has great music.Kid friendly.The staff and chef are so kind.
No fluff, no frill just great food.I love that the menu changes quarterly so every time you go it’s like you get to try something different than before.The atmosphere is pretty cool because it self seating and you order on your phone which I think is so convenient.Every time I have ordered Ramen, it has always been consistent with flavor and I always feel full afterwards.
They have a rotating menu, and the food was amazing.The beef tataki was great and the ramen was so extra good.I recommend not removing anything if it seems like something you wouldn't normally eat because each thing seemed to add a nice extra flavor to the dish.I can't wait to go back.I added a finger for scale with the beef tataki.It was smaller than we expected.
