Love going to any Bigz, great food, awesome staff.
Love their chips and sauce.

We came here for the first time on March 12th for dinner and fun.
As it turned out, the food was barely ok.
The burgers were overcooked, dry and flavorless.
The bacon was overcooked and burnt badly.
The fries were ok.
It took longer than expected to get the food.
The outdoor play area was dark.
For whatever reason, they never turned on the lights, so nobody could see anything.
That was a safety concern for a few reasons, one of which was the step down around the trees.
Kids could easily fall and get hurt because they couldn't see the step down.

surprisingly well served burgers at a great price! The bun is soft and warm, and the meat is cooked as ordered.
The sides aren't very appealing, but the burger was solid.
