Barksdale Restaurant is the epitome of a cozy American diner! 🍳 During my recent breakfast visit, I was welcomed by a friendly staff and a bustling atmosphere. I ordered the omelet with country ham and shredded hash browns - comfort food at its finest! The homemade biscuits were a standout, warm and delicious.

While the hotcakes could have been fluffier, everything else was spot on. Plus, at just $10, what a steal for such satisfying eats! I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in Memphis! ☕️✨
