The beef cheddar I purchased was very disappointing.
Not much roast beef.
Can't believe it.
Arby's has always been generous with their roast beef sandwiches, not this one.
Disappointed.

Got the Big Game burger and it was delicious.
Fresh fries with perfect amount of salt.

When they screw up your order the manager expects you to leave your home, pack your kids back up AND return back across town to the restaurant with the messed up order to correct the order that should of been corrected in the first place! At what point does the solution become “I apologize ma’am but let me make it right for you on your next visit” The order that was given to me, my family does not eat.
So we ended up being left losing money, wasted food and still having to figure dinner out.
Because there was no way I was bringing my newborn and toddler BACK out in this weather. I used to manage a fast food chain so I’m well aware of the possibilities of correcting your mistakes.
And this was done poorly! I didn’t want a refund.
I just wanted what I ordered and when that didn’t happen they could of offered to correct it next time around
