Pizza Hut

Wings, as I always put on Maps what I want near me.
To my surprise appeared on the List Pizza Hut?!?! I went to see the menu and they offered Chicken too.
I went to the place there was no one in the establishment and I was soon attended to.
The place is a bit old and disorganized normal for a 3 star location, it took 15 minutes to place my order.
In that time I was esoendo on the outside which is a nice place, three other people were withdrawing requests in that time.
Politely the attendant called me and delivered my request.
The wings tasted good nothing to complain about.

You walk and lady asks for your name and without checking the orders to see if yours is in there she says it’s not ready.
I looked at every order go into the waiting proofer and none where mine.
I waited 30 minutes then she decided to get up to check and my order was just sitting there meaning it was in there since I walked in and I didn’t know you could work in bubble slippers.
Seems like she just wanted to be comfortable.
I’m sorry but bubble slippers are a hazard.
On another note so many I don’t have that name I don’t have that name.
I decide to leave a nice tip for my carry out but by the looks of it didn’t help.
I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from Pizza Hut I had a gut feeling cause all the ones in my area seem to employ the same type of persons.

Ordered my food at 8:00 pm they sent my food with an Uber and I received half of my order at 9:36.
The driver spoke no English and claims they didn’t give him the whole order which was done through google translate.
Even though the receipt clearly stated what I ordered.
Spent 50 bucks with a 9$ dollar tip thinking it was for a Pizza Hut delivery driver not Uber.
Spent another hour contacting Uber and trying to contact the store.
Uber said they cannot help because Pizza Hut took my money and info.
The number to call the store is just a call center that takes your order not even the actual store.
No one from the store ever answered after being transferred from the call center 4 times.
If u like Pizza Hut I would not do delivery as it will probably be an Uber with half your order and doesn’t speak English.
This is why I quit ordering from the other chains because of Uber and now this chain also.
It’s a shame they charge u a delivery fee which I would assume Uber takes some responsibilities as they agreed to deliver the order.
I am out 60 bucks total got half my order that was soaked from the rain.
Food was also cold after an hour and a half waiting.
