Ordered a pizza online on 3/8/24 from the Eastway location for my co-worker and I to have for lunch.
After 40 minutes without seeing any "Track My Pizza" updates, I headed to the store to find out what was going on with my order.
I arrive and walk up to the door and there is an employee outside cleaning the glass door.
He tells me THEY ARE CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATIONS 😩! Why keep your online ordering active for a location that's currently closed!?! There wasn't any information online about them being closed.
The employee that was outside cleaning the doors, who pretended like he didn't see me when I walked up, didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything.
I had to ask him how was my money going to be returned.
He offered zero level of customer service.
I will not be returning to this location.
I lost my entire lunch hour.
If you aren't open to the public for the day, update your information and turn off your online ordering!!

Clean and the Service was so nice. The General Manager came around the counter and greeted me and my son which was so kind of her. Well, I find most impressive is just the down to earth family feeling of how they treat you and make you feel welcomed . They’re always the best value in town and my pizza and chicken wings and the cheese bread was so hot and fresh and with the marinara sauce they offer with it I can go on and on and on about how great their food is !!

I always love to come here because their pizza will always be fresh but yesterday they disappointed me because when I went to buy four boxes of pizza two pepperonis and two cheese pizzas the pizza didn't have the red sauce they're barely put any cheese on it and the bread was like a flatbread and it was hard it didn't look like it was fresh out the oven it look like it was only reheated in an oven.
That does not look good and it did not look fresh.
I'm disappointed.
