I visited Arby's on Pio Nono Ave and was a bit mixed on my experience.

The roast beef sandwich was delicious, hot, and fresh, just what you'd expect from this classic chain! 🍖

However, the service left something to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I witnessed several issues during my visit, including a messy dining area and some less-than-friendly interactions at the drive-thru.

It’s clear they have potential, but they could really benefit from improved customer service... Hope they can turn things around! 🌟
