I know that raw fast food is a thing unfortunately, but this is unacceptable.
Ordered late at night 10/30/23.
Manager the next day was able to refund us, but will not be eating at Arby’s again

This trip was in the drive through lane.
Marian was the cashier.
She was so nice and laughed along with me as I stumbled through my order.
I don't get fast food often, but Arby's is my favorite.
This drive though is fast and Marian made the experience fun!

First time in a long time that I've been in a fast food place that the employees were happy, service was great and the floors were surprisingly clean.
It was refreshing.
The manager was awesome and very "people" oriented.
It was not what I was expecting when I walked into the restaurant.
We got our order to go and it was right when we got home.
