My friends & I are regulars here for over 5 years now and we are always so well taken care of by Jane.
Last night we were having a celebratory drink when my friends son and fiancé came to join.
They were only in the restaurant for about 15 minutes when the server , by the name I believe allie , refused to serve them and said “I’m not serving them someone else can get there tab” but we where all on the same tab ? from what it seems like , the server didn’t like someone at the table.
The manager , Shay said the server has the right to refuse service but for what ? They weren’t drunk , they never been kicked out & never start drama.
This family spent over a $1000 in this restaurant back in march for a birthday party.
I was shocked to see the service they were dealt with last night.
If this new server didn’t serve someone because she didn’t “like” them then this restaurant is going to lose a lot of money.
It’s seemed very childish and high school like from the server.
This situation could have been handled different.
Explains why this restaurant is going down hill.
Hire the right people.

I was with a larger group and they only had one waitress.
I submitted my order with the rest of my table.
The other four at my table were finished eating before my food was delivered 30 minutes after theirs was.
My burger was warm at best and fries were cold.
We had engagement after lunch that most of us missed cause it took 40 minutes after we finished to receive our checks and pay the bills.
Highly recommend not going there for lunch as a large group.
Maybe dinner could be better with more adequate staffing available.

Dined in for lunch.
Food was excellent and the staff and manager were very friendly and helpful.
Great place to meet friends or a solo drink!
