Zapata's Mexican Restaurant is a delightful find in Charlotte! 🌮 The Carne Asada I had was grilled to perfection - juicy and flavorful, paired beautifully with fluffy rice and creamy beans. Their fresh salsas are a must-try, especially the spicy jalapeño for those who like a kick!
Our server was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better.
The atmosphere was cozy, though we were seated downstairs, which felt a bit cramped for our party of six. However, it didn’t overshadow the delicious food. I can’t recommend the "fried" ice cream enough, freshly rolled in corn flakes for that perfect crunch!
