Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I don’t ever do reviews but I’m getting fed up.
I’ve been going here every week and I order the same items a #3 and another chicken sandwich.
They seem to always forget to put the 2 sauces.
Zaxbys and ranch.
Fine that’s cool, mistakes happen.
BUT today was another level.
My fault for not checking the bag thoroughly, since this time the 2 sauces was not forgotten.
BUT they pulled this and substituted the chicken for extra bread.
REALLY?! DO BETTER.
I feel like the worker got something personal against me at this point

Unfortunately here in Charlotte, a lot of the big restaurants are not dishing out quality food anymore.
Sad to say the least.
Wings have gotten smaller and prices have increased.
They also don’t do fried mushrooms anymore.
It’s not worth it anymore to eat out in Charlotte anymore.
They don’t care about customers.
They just want your hard earned money.
Zaxbys use to be a great spot to eat instead now the standards have fallen to the waistline.
It’s like they just give us something to keep quiet.
Customer service was good just not the food.
Chicken had no flavor just the sauce.
You can taste the blandness under the sauce.
Definitely not fit for my money.
Fries were cold and small amount for the price.
This was almost 15 dollars and for what.
I’ll have to tell friends and family to stop supporting if they not willing to do right.
Bojangles may be a better choice or even wing stop.
Wings tastes rubbery. It’s March 29th 2024.
Ended up back at this location hoping for redemption.
They got my order wrong to start.
Then when I thought I was good, wings are bland with just sauce flavor and chicken is very dry.
It’s only young kids in here attempting to cook.
Zaxbys should taste like zaxbys, no matter which one you go to.
It’s a standard that they have patented and copy written.
We as customers demand quality.
But unfortunately there are lazy employees here who don’t care.
Customer service includes great food.
Instead we get robbed for our hard earned money.
I guess the next thing to do is contact corporate because I didn’t even get a response back from the store location in question.
They get high on their breaks and then everything’s downhill after that.
I’m looking at one high employee right now.

Drive thru only.
Total time was 35 minutes in the line.
Not to bad for an afternoon.
Ordered a grilled Cobb salad.
Portions were definitely off.
Looks like I received maybe a half of grilled chicken? The actual lettuce was fresh, cucumbers were going bad ( under toast in photos).
Tomatoes overripe.
I never eat the egg nor toast, so no comment there.
Overall, I'm a bit disappointed.
When I order and pay for a $10 salad, I expect a $10 salad.
Simply put.
I should have went to Culver's as I usually do.
Moving forward I will stick to my gut and do just that.
I will not return to this location.
I would encourage you to do the same!
