Service is terrible here.
Went today and the employee Tazz was the cashier, server, trying to cook, etc.
It looks like they had at least 7 workers in there but they were all in the back talking while everybody waited for their food.
It’s very unorganized. I’m not sure if Tazz was frustrated because she wasn’t getting help but she was getting an attitude with all of the customers.
To the point where people started to leave and didn’t want to place an order because of the wait/attitude.
Luckily I ordered my food online, so my wait wasn’t as long but I still caught the attitude. She told me she didn’t have to-go cups of syrup for my waffle.
So I asked her if she could put the syrup in a to-go cup, she rolled her eyes and went to get it.
I’m not sure if she expected me to eat the waffle plain? At the end of the day it’s Waffle House so I NEVER expect perfect service.
But don’t get an attitude with the customers because your co workers aren’t helping.

My food was horrible!! My meat on my melt was burnt, my eggs were not done and my grits were so bad my 2 year old started to vomit.
I wish I had checked my food before driving 30 mins to get home.
We couldn’t even eat the food but took pictures.
The toast was burnt, horrible experience and waste of 40.00.

So disappointed.
Spent $50 this morning and the hash browns burnt, bacon burnt, toast burnt ,wanted to charge for extra cheese ,too many onions.
Found a ketchup packet in the middle of my hash brown bowl with the burnt hash browns.
The staff was polite but please do better in the kitchen.
I should call corporate on them this was horrible.
With a $8 additional to go fee
