Yay Beignet and Cajun Bistro delivers a fun culinary experience in downtown Macon! I recently stopped in for lunch and couldn't resist the catfish po'boy. 🐟 The seasoning was spot on, and the bread was soft and fresh, making it a delight!
While the fries were a bit too soft for my liking, the red beans and rice complemented the meal well. To finish, I indulged in their beignets - served hot and fluffy with a side of rich dark roast coffee.
Despite a few quirks in service, the warm atmosphere made up for it. Can't wait to try the Cajun fish next time...
