Tucked away in West Salem, Xicha Brewing is a hidden gem that serves up incredible Nuevo Latino fare! 🌮

The shrimp nachos were unforgettable - perfectly seasoned shrimp atop crispy chips with a subtly cheesy sauce. The empanadas were flaky and flavorful, while the Tacos Mixto really stood out, especially the cod and veggie options.

Despite a brief wait for service, the staff was friendly and helpful once we were attended to. With a cozy atmosphere and a solid happy hour, I can’t wait to return and try more from this delightful menu...! 🍻
