As someone who goes here once or twice a month, It's inconsistent on whether the food quality will be good or not.For example, their sandwhich bread is supposed to be toasted, but it only actually is for me less than half the time.I also love the chicken, but I know I'm taking a gamble when I'm ordering it, whether it's going to be dry and cold, or actually cooked how it's supposed to be.Same goes for the mac salad, sometimes it tastes like a glob of mayo and noodles, and other times it's seasoned perfectly. The workers are always nice though, so I'll give them that, and the food is good when it's actually made right. But the previous issues mentioned have definitely made me reconsider coming here when I get the cravings for it
This place was pretty good.It was not.It was not Hawaiian food in the most traditional sense. It was more like a barbecue place where you slow cook the meat and then add the sauce to it, if that makes sense. They do not have spam musubi for the more Hawaiian type stuff. The chicken and the pork were both fantastic though the macaroni salad was fine it just wasn't what I was expecting either. It was pretty dang good I would go back.I am only giving a lower rating on the atmosphere because the area of town wasn't that fantastic and the open window design makes you feel like you're just sitting there exposed.
Ugh.This place was so hyped up by a few of my friends. However, I was disappointed with the quality and flavor of the food.I ordered Hulli Hulli chicken with Mac salad and rice. The chicken was decent but 0 flavor. The Mac salad was atrocious - basically just mayo and noodles with absolutely 0 flavor or seasoning. The rice was okay but also had 0 flavor.I do give them props for the portion of the dish, there was tons of chicken. As far as the service, I picked up my order through the drive through. The employees appeared to be happy and looked like they were having fun in there.lol They were super kind!
