La Hacienda Real | West Salem

Had the fried fish platter was very good and the price here was not expensive at all.
The service was good and the staff was very friendly.
Would recommend you all come try them out and have a good meal good job La Hacienda we will come back to visit sometime.

The food was amazing, the service was..
distasteful.
My partner and I were dropped off at a booth, got a single basket of chips, got our order in, then were forgotten about.
The server was increasingly hostile, starting with loudly scolding us about not touching hot plates, to snatching silverware off the table, to being irritated we stopped her before she could throw to go boxes and the check on the table and hurry away, then clear annoyance when asking questions about the desert options.
The whole meal we had different servers peak over at us but none said a single word to us.
No chips refills, no drink refills, no how is everything, nothing.
I would understand if they were busy, but the restaurant was almost empty! And it didn’t seem like everyone was getting this treatment either.
The two tables by us were checked in with, chips refills constantly, friendly conversations, helpful suggestions.
We’re still scratching our heads and wondering what the heck was going on! We don’t know if it was a discrimination thing or if they just didn’t like us, but we definitely know no matter how good the food was, it was NOT worth being treated that way.
We will not be back to this location or any others.

This is NOT even close to the one in Keizer! I was super shocked to find out it was a sister restaurant. Service was almost annoyed we were there when we came in.
She seated us and disappeared.
The lady taking our drink order actually huffed when we said water and a cola.
When she came back she sat the drink down and turned to the table across from us....and took their order!!! They came in after us and she didn't even ask if we were ready.
I hate to say this stop was bad because I love the OTHER lactation but, this was bad. Good was out in less than 10 minutes so no surprise it was glorified microwave leftovers.
Flavorless muck on a plate.
Salsa was the brightest thing and when I asked for a salsa that was hot, she brought me a brown salsa with chili flakes...not hot at all. The atmosphere was super cute with a bright playfully Mexican vibe....love the tile work.
Clean and no sticky when you sit. Food and service is why they only get three stars
