Everything was pretty good.
We got the * pork buns( the meat to bun ratio leaves you wanting more of the pork belly, but overall flavor was well balanced) * California Roll * Dragon Roll * Chicken Fried Rice * Shoyu Ramen( the noodles and broth are PERFECTION and a MUST try) * Dan Dan noodles( perfectly savory and spicy with noodles that were absolutely delicious). Overall, great food.
Service could have been slightly better, but for a busy Saturday night, it wasn't bad at all.

I like the shrimp appetizer very much.
The Shouyou roman noodles is okay and the amount may not be enough for a grown up if you are very hungry.
I think they have different Xian store at Austin.
The round rock one impressed me a lot.

we ordered the xian noodles and dandan noodles.
for me, the dandan noodles it’s okay, i expected to be more spicy but the pork belly that came with it was good.
the meat was juicy, and flavorful. for the xian noodles, the soup it’s too sour for me, not spicy at all, but again the meat it’s so good. the service was great, the servers very attentive and friendly.
