Horrible experience! We ordered from this place hoping to get some good wings.
From the pictures on the menu I thought that we were in for a treat. We ordered 4 flavors and all 4 were flavorless. I ordered a Family Pack 30 and didn’t receive the Jumbo Wedge Fries. The Jumbo Kettle Chips were over cooked which changed the flavor of them. I ordered the Crunch Wings and they were cooked so dark and had no flavor whatsoever.
It was a total disappointment I used DoorDash which will usually refund or credit your account for undelivered items but I was not offered this option for this place.
The Dasher left my food at the wrong hotel room.
When I got the message stating that my order had been dropped off it wasn’t at our door.
My husband had to walk the hall to find our food.
Our room number was on the order, he just didn’t care. The first pic with the golden fried wings is what I ordered.
The second picture is what I got.
The third pic is the over cooked kettle chips that I got. I’ll never order from Wing Zone again.

Mediocre, placed an online order for pickup.
Order wasn’t made till we arrived which defeated the purpose of placing ahead.
Customer service was ok, not very attentive or friendly.

This is the second time I ordered food and it came with no sauce.
This is the last time I will eat with wing zone.
I know I don't matter it's only one customer.
Called the store and they really couldn't offer me no resolution other than get a refund or bring it in and they will fix it.
Working late and couldn't go to the store.
This tells me the orders are not being checked when you get a delivery.
The manager wouldn't even get on the phone.
Smh.
Poor service and no more service from me.
