Came in here the other day Awesome staff always respectful and clean when I come and food is always amazing.

Food was great! I wish I could say the same about the staff.
We were greeted with rudeness and it basically continued throughout the entire ordering process.
We were rushed to pick toppings/selections and spoken to in a condescending tone the entire time.
Things were thrown into the burritos/bowls rather aggressively and she definitely made it seem like she had way better things to do.
We had six families with us.
Needless to say in total, I’m sure we spent upwards of $350 there.
One family from our group didn’t speak English and their daughter was translating for them.
The manager or shift leader or whoever the lady in charge was at 2:00 this afternoon was over talking their daughter and coping an attitude with them.
Very unprofessional the entire time.
Luckily we were only in the area for a soccer game.
Won’t be going back there.

The past two times I visited for takeout, all the employees were very efficient, pleasant, and knew their jobs well.
The fresh food is always good.
I can tell good management is the reason for the pleasin’!
