Today I walked into this Chic-fil-A branch only to get terrorized, and being threatened by the store manager Kylan, and his employees. It was 9:45 pm on Feb 14, 2024, I went inside to order food assuming it is open since it says closes 10 Pm. The doors were NOT closed/locked.
Great staff, but the management & lemonade are straight TRASH.The lemonade is NEVER sweet.It’s ALWAYS bitter to the point where I have to put a few packs of sugar to make it tolerable.Furthermore, they charge 25 cents PER PACKET of sugar after only giving you two packs.Idk if I’ll be returning.
Love this Chick Fil A.Best in Atlanta for everything.Quick service and always get it right.They always put extra pickles when I max them out at 5 on the app.Don’t worry about the color of the chicken it’s from the moisture of the pickles.Everyone is very nice and accommodating!!
