Wiley's Bar-B-Que is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 😋 I stumbled upon this cozy spot while exploring the area, and I'm so glad I did.

The rib sandwich was a delightful challenge - full of tender, perfectly smoked ribs and smothered in their amazing sauce. I also tried the chopped beef plate, which was generous and packed with flavor.
