Polibertos is a gem for Mexican food lovers! 🌟 I tried the steak and eggs burrito and was blown away by its generous size and rich flavors. The red salsa complemented it perfectly. I opted for the drive-thru, but next time, I might enjoy the casual patio seating - it looked inviting!

Their chimichanga, filled with tender carne asada, was crispy and satisfying, and the rolled tacos were full of meat. The only downside was the wait time, but the delicious food made it worth it. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Lubbock! 🌮✨
