I recently visited Hop&Cask in Lubbock, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! 🌟

The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a quick bite before a flight. I ordered a delicious saucy flatbread which arrived surprisingly fast - about 12 minutes. The barkeep was friendly, genuinely engaging with me about my day, which was a nice touch!

However, I did notice the place could use a little more staffing during peak hours to keep things running smoothly. Despite that, I would definitely stop in again for a drink and the good vibes... 🍻
