First time having White Castle and very disappointed. I travel and explore different food places, here's my take on both locations near Nashville, TN. Pro: Free parking, new items, they have Dr pepper 😀 Cons: customer service was the worst I ever received in Tennessee! I would get an attitude for asking for napkins and my drink.
Even when using please and thank you. Secondly, the sliders and fries were not good or tasty TBH and I believe other fast food chains provide better products.
The buns were not as warm as I thought and the fries should have been crispy and fresh.
Lastly, the restroom was disgusting I couldn't even use it. In my opinion I wouldn't go to the location, however use facts to make your decision. Go where as a client/customer you'll be appreciated.

This location has been making a consistent comeback over the last 6 months! Great job! Lately they have been offering a changing special with a noticeable discount on their drive thru board.
The hamburgers are super steamy and we prefer the hot hash brown nibblers similar to tater tots by far over the bland lukewarm fries! Nothing satisfies the craving quite like the one and only White Castle.
When their cooking is on they are hard to beat.

Staff was rude.
Food was OK, but da.n, would not hurt a staff member to do a little more thangrumble and roll their eyes while taking and serving an order
