I recently visited Arby's on Nolensville Pk, and while the classic roast beef sandwich is usually a go-to for me, they were unexpectedly out of roast beef! 😳 I waited for over 20 minutes but still no luck.

The staff seemed cheerful, though there was a bit of a chaotic atmosphere with loud employees joking around, which was distracting.

I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks while waiting, but overall, I felt the service could be a bit more organized. I hope they can streamline things and focus on customer experience more... 🍟
