Whataburger

First time having it and my kids loved it.
Quality food and service.
The staff was super nice.
Wish we had one in Daytona beach.
I had the Patty Melt my son had some huge burger.
It was all good.

Your expectations should be: it's old school fast food.
So it's good, not great.
Burgers are a good size and they have the philosophy (as is correct) of wide and thin vs thick and not so much.
Burgers could have more flavoring but it was a good, hearty deal.
The fries are really good, and I now have a thing for the spicy ketchup...which sounds odd hearing that aloud, but it works.
It works really well, I ordered some for my home (Amazon).
The shakes tho...i mean, OK.
Good sizes, just kinda bland.
What does get 5 stars is the service.
Very nice folk that work here, and they put up with our stupid questions, so kudos!

First timer and was deciding between two options on the menu, southern bacon double and sweet and spicy bacon burger.
After discussing it with the cashier I decided on the southern bacon.
They bring us out order and I have a bacon steakhouse double.
Not at all what I asked for.
Then they tell me that what I chose was seasonal and no longer available?!? Seriously? And you just decide to give me something else? No offer for a replacement, just would you like lettuce and tomato? Only ended up eating half anyway, it wasn’t that good.
I was super excited and went 20 miles out of our way just to try them.
I won’t make that mistake again.
