Bad service waiting so long for the hot dog to be delivered crushed.
A delay of half an hour, I talked to the Manager and he just said sorry for that.
I know that they don't like to work on Sundays but in these self-services more empathy and better customer service are needed.

The food was great and the staff was friendly and attentive.
I deducted 2 stars for the automation.
I do not like the automated ordering service.
The time it takes to enter my order- Do you want pickles? Do you want ketchup?...Really??, then pay- a cashier could have taken my order and the cooks would have it ready for me.
I'm not against progress or technology, but there's nothing like human interaction.

The drive thru today was faster than normal, my wife and I ordered the same meal and a milkshake each.
After I paid for the ticket and received our food the drive thru window operator slammed the window shut with our giving us our milkshakes (at around an extra $5/ea I'm sorry but absolutely not.) so I put the vehicle in park and we waited for 10 minutes and she opened the window and said what cha want? You got your food, bye...
At this point I need to state that neither my wife or I had given this employee any grief, we figured she just forgot but we also knew that she had one job...
Deliver the food approximately 18-30" across the counter accurately and effectively and take payments and orders. So I explained that we never received our shakes and she said that we had.
We were told to pull up, (no I'm not getting off your timer because something the staff failed to do, you can deliver the rest of my order while everyone else waits in line like adults).
When we received our shakes, she punched a hole in the side with her finger due to how tight she was gripping it but in a way it was intentional.
At this point I have had enough, we took the shakes and choose to pursue the matter by voicing our experience publicly.
