Yesterday was a bad day for us at one of my clients' favorite places.
The cashier, who, according to my receipt, was Cynthia, had no business what so ever working the front counter.
She has no customer service skills, a very bad attitude, and rude to say the least!!.
Even after having to wait for our meal, our fries were "old." So I went to the counter to ask for fresh fries.
The look on her face was disgusted, and she mumbled something.
Two minutes later, she yelled out the name on my order, and I returned for my food.
But it wasn't just my order but other customers that she was curt to.
I mentioned it as I walked out, and another guest just shook his head.
Needless to say, we won't be back for a while.
🤷‍♀️😔. I guess I should mention that I did hear some talk about them being short handed and ppl calling in that day BUT..
still no excuse for awful customer service.
You make things work and use people's strong suits.
She's NOT FRONT COUNTER MATERIAL!!!

Have never had arbys, my girl surprised me, it was like a roast beef/turkey sandwich.
It was pretty good.
Curly fries were nice touch.
I'd try it again.

I can't rank this.
They were out of Arby's sauce , ketchup ,mayonnaise.
They were totally out of chicken of any kind.
I will say the manager was awesome and took care of us.
I can't say that.
