My favorite sushi restaurant when I lived in town.
I would usually go for lunch and order their 3 roll special.
As I was here for dinner I got the spicy roll combo.
I don't know what it is but their spicy salmon roll is the best.
The mackerel is always really good too.
You didn't used to get soup and salad comp with dinner but I guess they changed that.
It's been years since the last time I was here.
They've updated the interior some.
They opened up the private rooms for more dining space, and the decor is a little darker and more modern.
Service has always been good, I usually sit at the sushi counter.
Be sure to tip the sushi chefs.

I probably won't dine here again.
We had a family member birthday dinner here, and everyone in the party complained about something not right or overcooked.
The calamari was like rubber rings.
Hibachi chicken and steak were also like rubber.
Order shrimp dinner.
We never got that.
Once the waitress brought food, she disappeared.
Nothing nice to say about here.
Soup tasted like boiled sweet potato water.
Just awful experience.

One of the better places to get sushi in town.
I would give this place 5 stars but I do find the prices a bit high compared to the quality/ dining experience.
Services is always great.
Decor is slightly understated and generic for the environment they seem to strive towards.
The sushi is absolutely delicious however some of their cooked foods don’t seem to meet my standards as far as quality.
Beyond all of this I still highly recommend checking this place out for a good eats!
