Annoyed today.
I ordered the new chili cheese burger combo and it took 18min to prepare only to have cold fries! When I asked for fresh ones they quickly reheated the fries.
Meal spoiled and the burger was lukewarm.
What took so long?! When I had the girl check after 12 minutes she said they're still working on it.
Waste of money and time.
This store is improperly managed in my opinion.

I was greeted immediately upon entering, and also discovered clean and nice looking bathrooms.
My server was polite and I didn't have to wait to be helped.
I ordered the Whatachicken sandwich and it was good - fried well with the nicest looking tomatoes I've gotten in a fast food sandwich, and my French fries were fresh and tasty.
Really liked the ice (sweet tea is perfect) and insulated cups.

We got the burgers we got the hatch, chili burger, and the southern burger.
The burgers were good.
The southern burger had coleslaw, bacon, and some other stuff.
I can’t remember on it.
The meat was fresh and cooked well the hatch chili burger was delicious and the kids enjoyed the regular burgers.
The fries were fresh and crisp and didn’t need any ketchup, the water was also tasty and didn’t taste like hose water which made the soda taste good as well.
The ice is really dense so the soda stays cold or longer.
A parking lot was a little bit confusing, but we did the dining in 10 out of 10 would totally recommend
