Typical Jimmy Johns.
Food is usually quick.
The app isn't always user friendly to order ahead.
I've had many times my customized sandwiches come out with no changes as requested.
I don't think it is the fault of the workers as the receipts are not how I placed the order online.

What's not to love, it's Jimmy John's! They have odd sized sandwiches though, the giant 16" is too big and their standard 8" size regular is too small for most guys.
Wish they had a nice pepper relish like Jersey Mike's has but JJs bread is better.
Also love that you can buy just bread loaves to take home.
