Had a great experience at this location.Usually don't stop by for fast food, but they had some delicious options for breakfast.Order was made ready fast.Clean facility and clean bathrooms.The only thing is they messed up my order a bit but I didn't bother asking them to fix it, although I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem with that.
I went inside to order to go and it wasnât even busy but I stood in line for about 10 minutes because the workers seemed to not take customer service seriously đthere was two girls in front of me who were taking too long to decide what they wanted cause they were busy talking with the lady working there.Then I placed my order and waited for my foods to be ready.The same black lady at the counter got my food but she called me rudely as if I know my food is ready, I looked at her and she responded âyouâ smh.This is the worst Wendyâs ever, always getting bad attitude from the employees so I will not return! Keep your nasty attitude to yourself at home not at work!!
I placed my mobile order and then immediately headed to the store.When I pulled up to the drive thru window, they immediately stated with an attitude âweâre not taking orders right now.â I said âokay, but I had a mobile order.â It took a minute for them to respond and they said âpull up.â When I pulled up, no one greeted me or nothing.They all stood around talking.After about 5 minutes an employee opened the window and aggressively handed me my bag of food without saying anything and closed the window.I had ordered a drink too that they didnât give me, so I tried to wave them down.After waving at them didnât get their attention, I honked the horn and pointed at the drink sitting at the window.Again, the employee opened the window and handed me the drink and then slammed the window shut.This is the second time in the last couple of months Iâve had a negative experience at this Wendyâs.The time before, I had also placed a mobile order and my husband went to pick it up.They told him the system was down so they couldnât help him.He tried to show them the mobile order and that he already paid, but they still wouldnât help him.They made him wait over 30 minutes to give him the food because they, also, told him they couldnât refund him.So he wanted the food or a refund.Iâve worked in management in fast food, and whoever is running this store is doing a terrible job.The food at this location is mediocre and the service is a joke.
