Apparently this location is NOT where anyone should go and moving forward I will go to the TCU location.They have a better attitude towards their customers.We ordered pizza for our kids and paid online, we have a receipt showing we paid but were refused our pizza because âtheir register is downâ the girl at the front isâfinna take a smoke break cause there is nothing that can be doneâ I asked for a manager and she said she called her manager..that was it-the guy in the back making pizza told her not to answer the phone anymore and just let it ring.People are still coming in the store from door dash etc but are not able to get their orders either.The gag is, they are still making pizzas that are going to be old and cold by the time the customers are able to get them.This is ridiculous because I have proof of my payment and they have my pizzas but wonât give me the order I paid for and canât issue a refund.Buyer bewareâŚTHE GHETTO âŚgo somewhere else.

Pizza provided with NO CHEESE.Just meat and sauce.Definitely not what I ordered.Just because you are located in an underserved area doesn't mean the service has to match.Handle customers and orders with care.Needs to do better.

This place deserves 0 stars. Molly and the âshift managerâ (her names starts with an A) are rude and they argue with customers. If your place of business makes a mistake..you fix it..you donât get an attitude with the customer or blame it on âyou being busyâ.You apologize and try to fix it the best you can. Iâve worked at Pizza Hut twice and I would never let this happen.
