I ordered pizza from the Ft. Worth Pizza Hut for a quick family dinner, and while the convenience of kerbside pickup is a plus, my experience was disappointing.

We arrived to pick up our order only to be told that “the register is down” and they couldn’t process it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which was frustrating. I understand it’s busy, but a simple apology would go a long way!

When we finally received our pizza, it was missing cheese and tasted off. I think I'll stick to the TCU location next time. 🍕
