Food's delicious.
App sucks, and it took forever to order.
Then their scanners wouldn't work so they couldn't apply the coupon from the app, and the app didn't correctly show upcharges, so I had to redo it and recreate my order in the app and do a mobile order.
All in all it was 25 minutes before I got food. The staff was nice, but could have told me that the scanner wasn't working before I spent 4 minutes ordering; and the system clearly doesn't let them control things well enough to make up for the terrible app.

Check you order carefully before you leave! Very bad service.
I ordered Baconator but I didn't get burger.
I called them if they could refund for me because I've already far away from store and can't go back to get new one.
But women just scream at me that she can't refund and hang up phone without explain anything.
That's very rude and bad service.
