Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar in Bellevue is a seafood lover's dream! 🇺🇸✨

We visited for a romantic dinner, and everything from the torched salmon belly to the delightful appetizer tower was top-notch. The hamachi nigiri was fresh and divine. ❤️

The atmosphere felt trendy yet cozy, perfect for a special occasion. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our experience even better. Don't skip dessert - the truffles were unique and delightful!

Just a quick note: while the portions could be larger, the quality truly shines. Can't wait to return! 🦪🍷
