Dumpling & Noodle is a cozy gem in Bellevue! 🌟 I stopped by for a quick bite and tried the beef noodle soup, which was delightful. The broth was flavorful, and the beef melted in your mouth. I also indulged in the pork and chive dumplings - steamed to perfection! 🙌

The outdoor seating added to the casual vibe, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. While service could improve, the friendly atmosphere more than made up for it. I’ll definitely return for more dumplings and maybe try the cucumber salad next time! 😄✨
