Clam linguine was terrible, no seasoning.
Sea scallops were ok, but not good.
Though we were 1 of only 3 tables occupied it took too long to get our food.
Waiter was defensive.
Atmosphere was nice, but everything else at the restaurant was disappointing.

Polaris at Bellevue Club surpassed all expectations, creating an extraordinary dining experience.
Carlo, the manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, ensuring every detail was perfect.
Tanya, our server, was not only attentive but genuinely warm.
The talented bartenders, Dustin and Carlos, crafted delightful drinks that added a touch of magic to our evening.
The Jean-Luc Colombo red wine paired beautifully with the prime rib, making our dinner an exquisite celebration of flavors.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our experience truly special for our thanksgiving.

This was a very special dining experience.
I would say the only semi-disappointing part of the evening was the wine pairing.
It was a very unique pairing that included Port, Sake, Riesling, and Rose in the middle of the meal and didn't feel like a natural progression.
I also wanted a bit more of an explanation of how/why the wine pairs well with the food, not the dollar value of the bottle. That being said, the food was fabulous and worth a try for a special occasion.
Plenty of food, you will not leave hungry!
