Polaris Restaurant in Bellevue Club Hotel is a cozy gem! I visited for brunch and was impressed with the fast service and the casual atmosphere. 🌟

I ordered the classic eggs Benedict, and it was fantastic - perfectly poached eggs on a buttery English muffin. The cocktails were equally delightful; the mimosa was refreshing!

For dessert, we indulged in their signature chocolate cake, which was pure bliss! 🍰 The staff, especially Tanya, provided attentive service that made our visit feel special. Overall, a great spot for a laid-back meal in Bellevue. I can't wait to go back!
