Wendy's

Ordered online and came inside to eat in the dinning room area.
Was ignored for a few minutes before a guy approached the counter and did not speak but motioned his head as to say 'what do you want?'.
I said I ordered in the app and pointed to the screen showing my order.
I asked for my name.
Nothing more was said as he put my order on the counter and walked off.
Staff not very friendly based on this experience! The food was ok, came out as I ordered.
I took advantage of the 1c Jr bacon Cheeseburger.
I opened it and thought they forgot to put the meat on it.
However, it was hiding at the bottom, about the thickness of a slice of cheese - wow! Glad I didn't pay the $2.88 😳.
I got a Baconator as well.
The wife had nuggets, fries and chocolate frosty.
Came to almost $18!! Insane really, not good value. Toilet and restroom area was dirty!! This store was not very busy but leave the restrooms a dirty mess.

I had a horrible experience with 5 employees no one said anything when walking in.
Waited 15min.
for someone to take my order very racist place since everyone just was ignoring me and my friend.
This place wasn't very welcoming at all.
Won't be back.
The food was cold.

This was my first visit to this particular Wendy's.
I was confused on how the Wendy's app works and I am very frustrated that the app does not work.
I wanted what is being advertised all over television, Dave's double for $2.00.
Two women working there could not figure it out like myself.
One said I needed to have points.
The advertisement says nothing about having points because it allowed me to have the other part of the advertisement, Dave's single for $1.00.
I feel like I am in communist China. 20 March 2024
