I visited this Ann Street location on the morning of April 15th for breakfast.I noticed a blue substance in my eggs and I have no idea what it was.Contacted customer service immediately after and have not heard anything back.What is this???
Wouldn’t recommend this Chick Fil A.I’ve never had a bad experience at one before.I called ahead cause we are traveling and wanting to make sure it had a play place for my son to crawl around and burn off energy.The phone rang forever before they answered.This place was so gross I didn’t wanna let my baby crawl around.Staff wasn’t very nice, felt very unwelcome here.Order was missing items as well.
The person taking my order was not paying attention to me and my friend who were placing our orders at all.My friend told him multiple times what she wanted and he still got it wrong.We had two seperate orders.When i got to the window the second order (my order) did not go through even though I inserted my card to the card reader to the person taking my order.Please do better this was the experience I’ve had.They also forgot my friends ice cream after the person taking my order scanned the reward??? And they made us rescan.She was looking forward to this as it has been a hot summer day.
