Jack’s restaurants are a Southern take on fast food, with biscuits and other classic Southern sides.
My husband chose the two piece fried chicken meal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes, and I had a grilled chicken burger.
I love the high-quality shakes!

Didn't get order right after repeating twice.
And had a little attitude.
And the sweat tea I got tasted more like water than tea.

The workers here are a joke! I came through the drive-through.
The woman told me my amount didn’t say hello or anything, I went ahead and gave her my money.
She gave me my change, closed the window talking about the eclipse, etc.
I was mumbling to myself in the car about how she’s rude and she said excuse me do you have something you want to say to me? I finally told her yeah, you’re rude and I told her about herself and she didn’t like it.
She said well I don’t feel like I was being rude.
Well, I told her it doesn’t matter what you think about it, you were being rude.
She then shut the window again and said something about my order; God only knows what they put on the food.
And then she handed me my food and didn’t say anything and she said you can just pull off and I said well you can F off.
She’s a fat black woman with braids, long braids.
I went on ahead and called in and was explaining what happened to the person who answered the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, probably wasn’t even the manager.
I had to repeat myself And I use the F bomb about the woman how rude she was and this woman said, well I wasn’t involved in that so you don’t need to cuss.
I told her I said I am gonna cuss and I’m gonna cuss at you and the woman that was working at the window, y’all need to do better.
I won’t be surprised if this location closes in three months..
The majority of the reviews have been one star or two star reviews and I totally understand why.
