I recently stopped by Burger King on Federal Dr for a quick bite, and I have to say, the experience was mixed. The drive-thru staff was friendly, serving my sausage and egg biscuit combo promptly. However, the tater tots were disappointingly overcooked and greasy.

I did notice some disorganization inside, with a lot of focus on drive-thru orders, which left a few customers waiting a while.

Though I appreciate the accessibility features and casual vibe, I can’t ignore the need for some serious staff training here! Hope they can improve it soon... 🍔
