Wendy's

Drive through at night is terrible.
4 people working not taking orders, been in drive through for hr and barley moved.
Employees have earbuds in and playing with their phones, not worrying about orders.
No one cares for orders or their jobs at this location.
Vehicles been sitting for hrs and food not even fresh

The only thing consistent about this Wendy’s location is the employee’s terrible attitudes and their lack of knowledge on how to work their Wendy’s app properly.
We visited Wendy’s today as I attempted you use my app for an offer of “$5 off any order $25 or more”.
After scanning the QR code, the cashier asked if something was suppose to be taken off, I told her “yes” and what it was to be.
She said it didn’t work and attempted again but to no avail.
She went to get who I assume was her manager who was very unpleasant and stated that the internet must be down and the app wasn’t working.
This however doesn’t make any sense because I received reward points once I paid for my order.
This is also not my first occurrence of the offers in the app not being honored.
I appreciate the first employee as she attempted to rectify the situation and apologize for the inconvenience.
Finally, getting to the second window, I check the bag to confirm my order is correct and see that I am missing my sauces.
When requesting sauces, the employee rudely states that they are in the bag.
When I informed her that they weren’t she huffed and gave me only 2 sauces as if we were lying.

Good hot food, order was correct big plus, but very long wait time.
Make sure you got plenty of time on your hands.
Oh and frosty machine down of course.
I just wanted a frosty so bad.
The pineapple mango lemonade is delicious. Man oh man you gotta try there chocolate chip cookie they are awesome. They also have a strawberry frosty now to. Very pleased with service today. 1/30/23 awesome service, I had a big order and it was correct.
