Ordered from Door Dash.Was informed by Popeyes (black gentleman) if there was anything extra I needed.Called and told him.Lo and behold, none of what I requested was included.Tried to call 2 6 tines.Each time they hung up me.ANGRY! Get rid of him.Terrible customer service! I'm sending this to Corporate too.Get rid of this guy! He's terrible
Give credit where credit is due.The drive though line was about 10 deep when I arrived for lunch. This particular day they kept the cars progressing forward at a good rate.I ordered the 6 piece garlic-parmesan wings and got 8 (I wasn't mad).They were hot and delicious. The lady at the window was super nice. Good job Popeyes!
We went in the store to order because last time we came through drive thru the food was wrong. This time the cashier asked us if we wanted the 3 or 5 piece tender meal we said 3.She rang up a 2 piece bone in chicken meal. So of course we don't eat chicken like that.Won't be back to this specific restaurant
