Cook Out

Staff is on point.
I barely have to check my food here because I know it will be correct.
Always a good meal.
Sometimes, staff can be a little blunt and to the point, but I don't mind.
For ex, my fiance said he wanted a chicken wrap, and the lady replied, "A ranch wrap?" He said no, I want a chicken wrap, and she just goes.
"Same thing" in a kind of blunt tone.
I thought it was kind of funny, to be honest, and it makes the line move faster.

They said they don't have big doubles? It's on your menu and it's just two parties instead of one.
If I say I am willing to pay more money for another patty is that really difficult to uphold? Are we on mandated beef rations? Jokes aside Cookout is always good and cheap.

When I made it to the speaker to order I was asked to turn my car off.
Never had that happen before.
The person taking my order asked at least 5 times what I ordered before another employee intervened to complete the order for me.
I ordered 2 trays, 1 with a milkshake.
After pulling to the pickup window I sat there for several minutes, store window open, employee’s back to me.
No greeting as 2 other employees stood there physically tussling around in a “joking” manner.
The employee eventually turned around and just handed me 2 trays, no bag, no request for payment and simply turned back around.
I had to sit there for a few minutes to get her attention.
I had to tell her I needed to pay and that they forgot a drink.
She handed me my milkshake sitting inside an extra cup.
At first I thought maybe they were being nice, thinking the cup may be cold.
After making it home I went to remove the extra cup only to find the first one had a huge hole in the bottom! Instead of remaking the milkshake they just stuffed it in a second cup which had aluminum foils bits inside!!! I’m extremely upset and feel like I wasted my money on terrible service and horrible food! I doubt I’ll go back.
