This guy in the drive through needs to stop smoking weed before work 🤦🏻 He gave me 4 straws for one drink that he forgot to give me with my food and I had to hold up the line for 5 minutes for him to come back to the window so I could ask for the drink that required 4 straws.
And before that, I had also ordered two small frostys.
I asked for two more small, empty, frosty cups so I could put my other frostys in for more insulation.
He brought me two mini cups filled with the same flavor.
I guess he was gonna give me them for free because he had already given my card back before then.
Then when I explained that I wanted the empty cups and they needed to be small, he brought me two empty mini cups.
Then, I explained I wanted small cups and why, he only brought me one.
And if that wasn't enough to top his previous career accomplishments, I get home and find out that he gave me two forks to eat my frosty with 😒 I didn't even bother to ask for a drink carrier.

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes for 1 salad.
They gave us the wrong nuts and dressing so we had to go back. Once I mixed it up, I saw the salad I was given had almost no apple, and the few pieces I did get are rotten and mushy.
See that red chunk? It’s so mushy and discolored I thought it was a strawberry.
It’s Apple.

Food was fine! BUT MICHAEL needs to never be on the headset or window AGAIN.
I’m not even a person that complains but his ATTITUDE is nasty.
I was ordering 2 4for4s and when I started to order the second one, he yelled HOW MANY IS YOU GETTING???? uhm TWO! So then I start on a combo and he interrupted and said HOW MANY OF THESE YOU GETTING? I was getting one! I got 1 combo and 2 4for4s! He was very rude.
And I’m not even a complicated person when ordering fast food cause I been in the industry.
But he just needs to stick to the line!!!! Or cleaning.
