Enjoy a variety of expertly brewed coffee and teas in a spacious setting, complete with leather seating and ambient lighting. While it delivers a much-needed caffeine fix for university students and locals alike, some visitors have noted service challenges and an occasional unkempt restroom. With wheelchair access and outdoor seating, it aims to be a welcoming spot, though a bit of staff training might improve the overall experience.
Visiting the new Starbucks on Bardstown Rd was a mix of highs and lows. ☕️ The spacious, trendy interior and cozy leather seating create a lovely atmosphere for working or casual coffee dates. I tried the caramel macchiato - when done right, it's a delightful treat! However, be prepared for a bit of wait time as they’re still adjusting.
That said, my experience was marred by inconsistent service. My drink was not quite right and the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed. I also noticed they need to stay on top of restroom cleanliness... It has potential, but I hope they can iron out these quirks soon! 🤞
