Misawa Hibachi & Sushi Bar is a hidden gem on Bardstown Rd! 🍣 The chic, modern atmosphere makes it perfect for a night out or a casual lunch.

I highly recommend the Miss Veedol roll; the spicy crab and tempura combo topped with salmon is a must-try! The Derby roll was another highlight, with seared scallops adding a smoky richness.

Our server, Joanna, was attentive and friendly, and the tempura cheesecake was a delightful finish to our meal. Great pricing for high-quality sushi! Can't wait to return! 🌟
