This location was dirty.I stood at the counter with NO WAITING customers in line.I was NOT acknowledged until after 10-12 minutes of standing at the counter waiting to place my order.Food was ok.Fries were good, burger was relatively ok.Service—what service? They do not smile or greet customers at all.Appeared to be short staffed.Will NOT go to this location again.

Definitely by far my family and i favorite burger spot to go dine in & eat in Savannah.We’re regular here, the guys know us , any chance we get we always stop by to get something.The food is delicious, staff is very helpful and welcoming.I’ll recommend anyone that loves burgers & shakes to definitely stop bye .

Update: someone from the company gave a wonderful reply that seemed sincere and respectfully written. So "Thank you!".I really think we just caught them at a bad time. So, funny story...It's my birthday in a couple of days and I thought let's try to order online from a place we don't usually frequent and it's Friday night on a holiday weekend. This was doomed from the start.LOL Ordered 3 burgers, 2 shakes, 3 funnel cake sticks, 1 Mac & cheese bites, and 1 drink. We got 3 delicious burgers, 2 half finished shakes (1 was the wrong flavor, but my son said it was good), only 2 funnel cake sticks (my husband said his fries were enough), no Mac & cheese bites, but we did get one drink. Since our fridge just stopped working, we were happy to all have a cold drink and a warm burger. My husband picked up the order (which was already paid for online) and said they were short staffed apparently only two people showed up to work. While he couldn't say they were overly friendly, they were polite given how tired they probably were with two hours left to closing. And they got a bonus since our missing food was more than $15 worth of products. I took a few photos of some of what we got.The funnel cake sticks, a brownie shake, and a customized single burger(mushroom and Swiss cheese with extra American cheese). For the inflated prices, thrown together food, I just can't say it was worth the hours it took me to earn the money to order it. BUT, I commend the people that showed up to do the job they agreed to do and question the management or corporate policies... Maybe on a regular night, with a full crew working, it could be worthy of the average 4 stars. Warning - don't order from this particular venue online.
