Totally awful experience.
A/C was not working and all tables in seating area were not clean so eating inside was out of the question.
Three employees on duty didn't know what to do.
One employee kept messing up orders.
Front cash registers didn't work.
I placed my order for Krystal burger with no cheese!.
The burgers had cheese on them and were raw on the inside.
The hot dog was ordered with onions.
No onions were received and the chilli looked old like it was on the warmer all day and not fresh.
In addition, an employee gave me the wrong change.
Last, the bathroom was filthy.
I will never come back to this restaurant because this was my second bad experience in a week.
(I tried to give them another chance but they failed).
Corporate should fix the problems or close the restaurant! BTW, I didn't eat the food and put it in the garbage. Thomas

The staff is warm and friendly and the food is always been served hot.
We drive past two other crystals to get to this one.
It is generally not crowded although it should be.
In a previous review I said that the doors were closed but I was confused with two other crystals sorry about that this one is a good choice and you will enjoy it.

Visiting from out of state stopped by for nostalgia purposes .
Dining area was closed at 8 pm.
Doors were locked.
Told to go thru drive thru.
Staff was sitting in the dining area no other cars there.
I left without ordering.
Didn’t feel very inviting .
No cars in parking lot or drive thru.
I’m surprised this store isn’t out of business.
