WAYA Japanese Izakaya is a cozy gem tucked away on Gaston Ave! 🍜

I tried the black tonkotsu ramen, which was rich and flavorful - definitely a solid portion for the price. The star of the meal? The pork gyoza! Perfectly crispy with a mouthwatering filling. I also enjoyed the lime edamame as a refreshing starter.

The izakaya ambiance is spot on, reminiscent of Japan. Though small and no reservations, the fast service and overall vibe make it worth the visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu... This is hands down now my go-to ramen spot in Dallas! 🌟
